1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, subscribing to, or integrating AnswerIndex Pro (provided via https://answerindex.xyz), you enter into a binding agreement with AnswerIndex. If you subscribe on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity.
2. Human-in-the-Loop Operational SLA
AnswerIndex Pro operates strictly on a Human-in-the-Loop architecture. We reject unsafe auto-publishing onto live customer websites:
main branch or publish live CMS posts without your explicit review. Every deliverable is staged as an open Pull Request on GitHub, or as an unlisted draft in your WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or Web Client Portal. You retain 100% editorial authority and decision-making over what merges into production.
3. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, code diffs, interactive JavaScript calculators, comparison tables, schema markup, and machine manifests (/llms.txt, ai-entities.json, etc.) generated by AnswerIndex Pro for your brand become 100% your exclusive intellectual property upon delivery.
You are free to edit, publish, copyright, repurpose, or keep all assets forever, even if you subsequently pause or cancel your subscription.
4. Pricing, Billing & Payment Processing
AnswerIndex Pro offers transparent, tiered subscription packages:
- Growth ($199/month): 1 daily AEO answer piece, weekly schema validation, 1-click GitHub PR or CMS reviews.
- Pro Autonomous ($499/month): The complete dual-job daily loop (1 new answer piece + 1 technical SEO/Brand Truth fix daily), interactive calculators, competitor comparison guides, and monthly founder reviews.
- Enterprise DFY Partner ($1,499/month): 60 high-impact assets per month, active competitor displacement, custom PR citation correction outreach, and priority SLA reviews.
Payments are securely handled by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. All prices are listed in USD. Optional annual billing provides an automatic 20% savings. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside your Client Dashboard (**Settings > Manage Subscription > Cancel**). There are no cancellation penalties, minimum lock-in periods, or hidden exit fees.
Upon cancellation, your access to the autonomous daily cadence continues through the end of your current paid billing period. You retain permanent ownership of all previously merged PRs and generated assets.
7. Client Responsibilities & Fair Usage
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Brand Truth Wiki documents.
- You agree not to use AnswerIndex Pro to generate unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content.
- You warrant that you own or possess authorized administrative rights to the websites, repositories, and Google Search Console accounts you link to our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
AnswerIndex Pro provides automated search intelligence, technical optimizations, and content drafts designed to maximize search engine and AI model discoverability. Because search and generative answer algorithms (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity) operate independently, AnswerIndex does not guarantee specific ranking positions or financial returns. In no event shall AnswerIndex's aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with applicable governing laws and standard commercial software-as-a-service principles.
